2005 Welcome
The Tiburon Wine Festival began twenty-two years ago as a modest fundraising event for community projects of the Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and has grown to become a major source of funding for the Chamber activities during the year. Beautification of Main Street and the meridian strip, Opening Day Ceremonies, Lighting of Main Street, to name a few of the undertakings.
This year we are offering a large selection of wines - vintages from over 50 premium wineries. Many of these wines are new releases being tasted by the public for the first time. We deeply appreciate the participation of the wineries who have been with us since the start and those who are newcomers in 2005.
We thank our festival chairman, Steve Sears, and his energetic volunteers from the Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
We invite you to take this opportunity to explore the shops and restaurants of Tiburon and Belvedere. Many of them are offering festival bargains and are within strolling distance in one of the most picturesque waterfront communities in the world.
